Brief:With our assistance, the Queensland Fire & Rescue Service - Rural Operations, delivered training to 40,000 volunteers across the state. Along-side formal courses, learners could access short learning ‘bytes’ that allowed them to fill in skills gaps, revise on knowledge or learn skills in a ‘just-in-time’ and efficient way.
