The Marine National Facility is a world leading research vessel capable of traversing inhospitable oceans and difficult to reach parts of our globe. Research missions can sometimes mean weeks or months at sea. For these reasons good mental health on board is critical to mission success. Beyondedge provided cultural consultation and strategy to build a pre departure program that continues to proactively address the mental health challenges for the scientists participating in these profoundly important projects.
